Enartis International Annual Meeting – Modica 2019

From May 5 to 10, Enartis held its annual meeting in Modica, organized and coordinated by the Dual staff.

Since its inception in 2003, the Enartis brand has positioned itself as one of the leading players in the wine product market: today it works with over 10,000 producers in 50 countries around the world, with a network of distributors and a direct presence of over 200 employees in Europe, the United States, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and China.

The location of the Modica Beach Resort, a recent addition to the Sicilian hospitality scene, proved to be the perfect setting for the launch of Enartis’ new image, including a new logo and payoff, “Inspiring Innovation,” which celebrates 15 years of success achieved through passion, innovation, and quality relationships.

The classroom work was interspersed with moments of relaxation, fun, and training. The central experience was the original team-building activity in which the participants took part: a crime game themed around “Montalbano,” designed to encourage relationship building and teamwork within a group of about one hundred people from five different continents. In the setting of Scicli, the location of the famous Rai Uno series created by Camilleri, guests solved a real murder case, investigating clues and evidence scattered throughout the town’s historic sites, interacting with people involved in the case, and listening to legends narrated by storytellers, which contained crucial clues. The activity was a great success, both in terms of emotional and scenic involvement and in terms of the collaboration and active participation of the group.

The event concluded with a 1970s-themed party during which the new logo and colors that will characterize the brand were presented: deep blue and red. Blue was a recurring theme throughout the evening: participants were asked to wear cheerful wigs in the same color as the new logo. The evening also provided an opportunity for the annual reunion of Epic-Ferment, a band composed of six music-loving members of the Enartis team who enliven the convention’s closing party every year, entertaining and amusing their colleagues.
