The IE* for the Talent Team of Boston Scientific

BOSTON SCIENTIFIC is a large multinational company in the biomedical equipment sector, with a specific focus on training and cultivating talent, to the point of having an internal division dedicated to the growth and development of talents.

From the Irish headquarters they identified us as Preferred Partners of SixSeconds and asked us to develop a project to activate awareness and the training of socio-emotional skills in a team of 10 young talents internally selected by them.

The result was a day of Active Learning on emotional intelligence: a workshop to learn and use one’s own Brain Style, to read together the results of the SEI assessment on emotional competencies, and to set an individual action plan on one’s own growth.
