VIRTUAL MEETING

Goals

  • Ensuring that the annual Sales Meeting would take place as planned, connecting participants and conveying the key messages of the various speakers as effectively as possible.

Solutions

  • Virtual event, lasting three half-days, from September 16 to 18;
  • Presence of a host;
  • Use of a dedicated direction that guarantees a format of quality similar to a TV show through the use of graphic elements (opening theme, jingle, captions, scrolling titles) and alternating views between speakers, presentations, and participants;
  • Simultaneous translation;
  • Interaction dynamics (chat, call to action, breakout rooms, surveys, and quizzes);
  • Celebration of 2020 results and virtual award ceremony for the most “social” sales agents;
  • Virtual flash mob dynamics;
  • Preparation of each speaker’s presentation through a practice-oriented course.

Results

  • Approximately 40 people attended, including sales force managers and employees.
