The Kick-off meeting at the beginning of the year is a very important moment for the company to share future strategies and introduce innovative elements. Enartis’ virtual kick-off meeting was held to present two new product ranges to sales force and to share the results and new projects of the corporate communication plan.

- Launch of an animated video on the “previous episode” played on a loop while waiting for the event to start.
- Opening of the meeting with a branded theme tune, with the aim of capturing attention and stimulating participant engagement
- Customized television direction with graphic and sound elements: captions, scrolling titles, subtitles, jingles, introductory covers
- A schedule of alternating speeches between the presenter, speakers, and participants on the virtual stage to give rhythm to the speech.

- Executive support between the director, client, and speakers to optimize timing and manage the numerous interventions from the audience.

Over 80 participants, including employees, managers, and distributors, connected to the meeting, participating directly and actively.
